A crawl space is an area underneath a structure that provides additional room for electrical, plumbing and HVAC equipment. Many additions to existing homes are done with a crawl space foundation.
We take time to ensure our crawl spaces are built solid with quality in mind. We spend time before we start the project to ensure the crawl space will be at the proper elevation to match existing floors if required.
Some crawl spaces require exterior waterproofing. We offer Tremco Watchdog waterproofing which will help provide a reliable barrier against water infiltration.
